$2.01 to $5.00 – minimum quantity of 6
$5.01 to $9.99 – minimum quantity of 3
$10.00 to $12.00 – minimum quantity of 2
$12.01 and over – minimum quantity of 1

Terms
Prepaid only with credit, debit, or purchasing card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Net 30 terms for hospitals and museums only. NO COD’s. 1.5% finance charge will start the day following invoice due date. NSF checks – $25.00 charge automatically added to account.

Shipping
We do not call before shipping. All orders are subject to shipping costs. Items ordered together may not ship together. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Great Finds of cancellation dates. Orders returned or refused, where a cancellation date was not indicated will be subject to restocking charges of 30% and the freight charges are not refundable.

Back Orders
Back orders are automatically sent on an order balance of more than $50.00. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel a back order.

Claims
All claims for discrepancies or damages must be reported within 7 working days from receipt of shipment or no action is required by Great Finds. A call tag will be sent to pick up all damaged items. Replacements, refunds, or credits may take 2-10 weeks to process.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. We will not accept any item having been displayed for sale. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for returns or refusals. Freight charges are not refundable on unauthorized returns or refusals.
